Miami Spa Month is an annual event where top-notch resort and hotel spas offer spa treatments from $109 to $159 during the months of July and August in South Florida.
So during the second weekend of July, I decided to check out The Ritz Carlton Bal Harbour Exhale spa.
Now one of the things I enjoy about Miami Spa month, beside the spa, is enjoying the hotel amenities. At the Ritz Carlton Bal Harbour, you have access to the pool and private beach. Let the relaxation begin!
Since it was my first time at this spa, I arrived about an hour before my appointment to explore the hotel and have lunch.
The Hotel
The Ritz Carlton is located on Miami Beach prestigious area Bal Harbour. For a skyscraper, it is somewhat hidden from Collins Avenue. I had to use my GPS and still went to the wrong building lol.
Once you arrived, the introduction is spectacular with modern decor.
Upon my arrival, I decided on having lunch at their waterfront restaurant, Artisan Beach House. The view was just magnificent while I ate my Mediterranean Quinoa salad with salmon.
After my scrumptious lunch, it was time to check-in.
Spa Experience
As you walk in, the Exhale spa is soothing and relaxing.
Once you are checked in, you are given a guided tour of the facility from their Mind Body (workout) room to the sauna. However, my favorite area is the relaxing room.
With views of the intracoastal
Once my 60-minute deep tissue massage was over, it was time to head out to the pool area and lounge.
The Ritz Carlton Bal Harbour Exhale Spa exceeded my expectations from a top-notch staff and a phenomenal masseuse. This resort spa is now in my top 3 and I will be back.
