When I travel, I never drive. It is usually a cab, uber, or metro. So for the work assignment, I had to drive in New Zealand. I have never driven on the wrong side of the road. I learned the highways are called motorways. The turn signal and windshield wiper are the demons especially when it is on the wrong side. We won’t even talk about doing a reverse or u-turn because you made the wrong turn. Just know that I drank a bottle of wine to recuperate from driving.
My second time driving in New Zealand. Still having issues with right and left. Almost hit a bus and I scared my co-worker.
Driving again. I did have one minor incident toward the end. As I was turning left, I almost turned into the wrong lane. Thank God for the arrows on the road lol
